"Nice and sleazy all the way"
Review from Derby Evening Telegraph

Sex, sleaze and scandal were to the fore in Ian Arnot's 1996 production of Shakespeare's tragi-comic romantic drama. With a lavish set, original music by Volodimir Lebid and traditional costumes this show was as sumptuous and beguiling as its poster suggests and featured an excellent ensemble cast. All at DSTC were delighted when the show won the Best Production of a Play award at the 1996 Eagle Awards.

The production was dedicated to the memory of former member and friend Nick Carter who had served as a stalwart company member and Treasurer as well as being a fine actor who portrayed Elbow in our 1974 production of 'Measure For Measure'.
