Working from her own adaptation of Jane Austen's classic tale of manners and romance Clare Snape delivered a truly wonderful production with her 2010 showing of 'Pride & Prejudice'.
Bringing all the stately grandeur of costumed period drama along with the free-spirited story of Elizabeth Bennett, one of literature's most popular and enduring characters, to life the show delighted audiences as well as scooping an impressive three nominations in the Eagle Awards for amateur theatre. Laura Smith went on to win the Timothy Dalton Award for Best Performance in a Play for her role as Elizabeth Bennett.
