Ann Toy & Peter Konowalik

November 1988 saw us present a double bill of 'Will's Way', by David Rudkin, and Terence Rattigan's 'Harlequinade' at the Derby Playhouse Studio.

'Will's Way' was a wonderful monologue, masterfully delivered by John Uttley in the role of William Shakespeare. It made a fine companion piece to 'Harlequinade', Rattigan's first class farce about a production of 'Romeo & Juliet'.

Directors Ann Toy and Peter Konowalik both made great use of the Studio to ensure that both pieces worked perfectly in the space and proved very popular with audiences.
